The Big Move

Well we made it official and finally brought our tickets to NZ. We leave on the 11th of November and get back on the 8th of May. I think this is going to be a great adventure for our family! We're just leaving summer in Utah and coming into summer in NZ. It'll be nice to miss the RSV season for Yuki Mei. She's not going to know what hit her when she feels her first winter back here in Utah next year. I just hope mum and Pete are prepared for us!!! Their house is big enough to not hear us too much, plus they're hardly ever around. My sister has a weight loss and exersize programme she's going to do on me, so hopefully I'll come home a little smaller!! I think this will be good for Dru to experience working for someone else and in a different country. Hopefully law schools will see it as something extra different and want to have Dru in their class!! Third times a charm right?!
Masaru will enjoy getting to know his cousins more plus NZ has a pre-school programme that is free for 20 hours a week called kindergarten that I'll put him in!!!
I'll make sure to keep up with pic's and posts!!
NZ here we come, look out it's the Nakaya's!!!

Oh my gosh! This is a big move, but kind of nice (for Dru's family at least) that it's temporary. Wishing you months of fun and adventure with your children and Dru on your "turf". Will look forward to updates on the blog.

Awwww man, we're so going to miss you guys! How'd it go telling the folks? Hope there was no yelling. We're super excited for you, it'll be awesome, just make sure to post lots so we can follow the kids and recognize them when you get back! See you next weekend!

Are you going to stop over in LA on your way? If not we will have to try and meet you at the airport so that Yuki Mei and Myles can meet. I wish you well on your adventure. I don't think that I could ever do anything like that.

It was actually cheaper to fly out of San Fran so we're not going to be in LA. Sorry Brooke but it shaved off about $600 off the total ticket price and money is always a huge issue with stuff like that!! Lol
I guess they can look at pic's of each other and meet next yeah some time in summer.
